I visited the project site morning of Sep-17-2013 and Richard Fair of Faron Roofing Company, General Contractor, had made all the preparations by uncovering the church steeple support steel -- so we lifted ourselves up to the base of the steeple to look at the condition of structural steel -- we found considerable rusting of support steel and a large split at the bottom of the bottom wrap-around structural tube of the support system steel.
