I visited the project site morning of Sep-17-2013 and Richard Fair of Faron Roofing Company, General Contractor, had made all the preparations by uncovering the church steeple support steel -- so we lifted ourselves up to the base of the steeple to look at the condition of structural steel -- we found considerable rusting of support steel and a large split at the bottom of the bottom wrap-around structural tube of the support system steel. During my field inspection I took a number of pictures ... in the following I have presented the pictures in the order in which they were taken.

I had the contractor expose the drain tile at a couple of locations and a visual inspection showed that the vitrified clay pipe drain tile is in good shape.

In response to a call from the General Contractor I visited the project site to assess the structural integrity of the existing house with basement for proposed addition of second floor above and possibly an addition on the West side to the back of the house.  We poured concrete in the slab on Aug-22-2013 and then finished shotcreting of the walls over the slab on Sep-16-2013.
