I was at the project site Apr-10-2017 morning on the occasion of concrete placement in the First Floor walls. Concrete placement had started around 9:00 AM. Around 12:00 noon it began to rain and there was danger of thunder and lightning ... however the storm passed soon and the weather cleared and the concrete placement was completed in the afternoon.

I was at the project site on the morning of Apr-03-2017 to look at the First Floor walls for readiness for concrete placement subsequent to my meeting with the ICF wall contractor and discussion with the Building Official. In the following I present some pictures that I took during my inspection

I was at the job site this morning to witness concrete placement in basement ICF walls. Concrete was pumped with pump from Briskey Brothers, ready-mix concrete was supplied by Doan Concrete. It was team work by Matt Lincoln and his crew, the Briskey Brothers pump operator, and Doan Concrete driver. In the following I present some pictures that I took during my inspection.
