Restoration work has been progressing well -- getting to the home stretch now ...
Area at the back of wall is being graded in such a way that the surface runoff sheds away from the wall, and additionally a trench drain with socked perforated corrugated drain tile is being provided some 4 ft away from the face of the wall.
The trenching work and laying the drain tile is progressing well and will be completed soon --
leading to successful completion of a difficult project!
