The apartment building has a well laid out reinforced concrete retaining walls and sidewalk panels -- however time and lack of an effective surface runoff system has taken its toll and at places the retaining wall is cracked/broken/misaligned and some of the sidewalk panels also has suffered some damage. I conducted a walk down inspection to assess the condition of the retaining walls and the sidewalk panels from structural integrity viewpoint.
