today we poured the slab ... it has taken a long time to get here with Mico's crew digging to deepen the basement manually a shovel full at a time, Mickey and his crew doing all the plumbing to ensure that the deepened basement remains dry -- it has taken a lot of hard work by fine members of our team

I met with Mr and Mrs HomeOwner -- we walked down several parts of the house with Mr HomeOwner describing the issues or items of concern and we discussed the corrective action as applicable. The HomeOwners plan to implement the fixes themselves and I have offered to help them procurement of any material if they need that sort of help. I took a number of  pictures during my walkdown inspection and I present those pictures here
