In response to your request, I visited the project site on Jul-02-2012 to inspect the prep work for concrete placement at the First Floor slab addition to the house, The area had been prepared by removing all organic material, then filled with crushed concrete varying from 6" to 24" in depth and then topped with 2" to 4" of peastone.
The prep work was progressing well in readiness for concrete placement.
